This Privacy Policy explains how VK Nữ (VKNU – Việt Kiều Nữ), an EQuest Asia initiative for women, collects and uses personal information when you visit vietkieunu.org, sign up to our community, or contact us.
Who we are

Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you join the community, register for an event or the mentoring program, volunteer, or contact us, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, city, country and the answers you provide.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your email address and name to send you community news.
- Usage information: when you browse the site, we collect technical information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring website, through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To manage your membership and keep you informed about events, programs and opportunities.
- To organise events, the mentoring program and local chapter activities.
- To reply to your messages and requests.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam or misuse.
